Today I went out for my final training run before the London Marathon next Sunday 22 April. A stunning Autumn day in Canberra - the beautiful birdlife, the smell of the bush, and the warmth of the sun just soaking through the skin! And today was the Canberra Marathon, Half Marathon and Ultra Marathon - so it was just so motivating seeing marathoners on the road in Canberra today. As I finished my run, I walked over the footbridge over Parkes Way, I stopped and clapped and call out words of encouragement to the amazing runners below! Well done!
