April Fool’s Day Run


It’s Sunday, 1st April – 3 weeks to go to the London Marathon.  I did 7km yesterday and 15km East Basin run this morning.  Really watching the nutrition – lots of water, a plateful of supplements each morning - glucosamine, fish oil and caltrate, protein and vegies and regular snacks.  Some days at work I feel like I could eat the desk!

I’m ready for the marathon and super excited!
