Christmas Morning Run - No Rules!!!

Merry Christmas and Happy Birthday x 3!!!

Here's our amazing Christmas Day:

Two birthdays today - our two beautiful daughters Belinda and Sheridan celebrate their birthdays today - they are not twins but born 4 years apart on Christmas Day - happy birthday beautiful girls!!

Allan and I and my sister Maureen went for a Christmas morning run around Lake Burley Griffin in Canberra - what a way to start the day - sunshine, warmth and a breeze! We never let a day go without giving thanks for life's blessings.  Some people said to us "why go for a run on Christmas Day - have the day off!"  Here's the thing - have the day off from what??  Our girls are adults now and Christmas morning is not as crazy as it once was when the girls were little, especially with Christmas Day being their birthdays.  It felt great to step out into the sunshine and breathe the clear clean air and just run.  No rules.  And it was amazing to see so many people out early riding, running, walking and paddling on the lake.

Happy birthday number 3 is a couple of days away - Allan's birthday is coming on December 27. So we have Christmas, 3 birthdays and 3 days of celebrations!
