OK - word is really spreading about the fundraising activities that my work colleague Steve and I are doing for the Leukaemia Foundation by running the London Marathon in April.
The preparation to be honest is a little daunting - especially coming back from having the flu. But preparing for the marathon is just like life - step by step and make the most of the journey.
Some people have said - gee you're brave. Well, I'm not really - I'm just giving it a go with the support of my family and a lot of friends.
The people who are truly brave, are the people and their families facing the challenge of leukaemia. God bless them - those people are brave.
And the best way that we can all show our solidarity and do our bit, is donate to the Leukaemia Foundation so that their wonderful work and research can continue.
