Had a wonderful weekend in Sydney with Allan - and we started off with a 10km run around beautiful Sydney Harbour.

This is the run that Allan and I did in Sydney - Garmin is such an awesome product and combined with Google Earth it enables you to share the experience heart beat by heart beat! We are about to head out into the freezing blizzard conditions in Canberra so will post this run when we're finished...
