Big weekend - On Saturday I was having a sports massage in preparation for a long run with Sherry and Liz today - and the FIRE ALARM goes in while having the massage. Had to evacuate the building...end of massage...oh well!! Saturday afternoon enjoyed power yoga with Allan at Fitness First - really good stretch and great for strengthening the sholders and arms...love it!

Sunday - ‎13km run with Sherry and Liz - 8am this morning - frosty and freezing this morning, my ears were stinging with the cold!! An indulgent day after that - awesome breakfast, followed by facial and nails...and NO WORK :)
