6am this morning in the gym - dead lifts, skipping, weighted squats - still recovering from the virus and are my muscles sore! Minus 3 degrees tomorrow morning and looking to go for a run around the lake - just no getting warm on such cold mornings. I hear that olive leaf (?) extract is good for avoiding colds - will add this to the supplements multi-vitamins, iron and fish oil
